Terms
Terms of Service.
The agreement between you and Blooming Mirror. Last updated June 30, 2026.
1. Who you are contracting with
These terms form an agreement between you and Blooming Mirror ("Blooming Mirror," "we," "us"), the operator of the Blooming Mirror wellness app at bloomingmirror.com. By creating an account or using Blooming Mirror you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Who can use Blooming Mirror
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By signing up you confirm you meet that age requirement and, if signing up on behalf of an organization, that you have authority to bind it.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Tell us at support@bloomingmirror.com if you suspect someone else has accessed your account.
4. Acceptable use
You must not: (a) use Blooming Mirror for anything unlawful or fraudulent; (b) harass, threaten, or impersonate others; (c) infringe anyone's intellectual property; (d) post spam or malware; (e) probe, scan, scrape, reverse engineer, or otherwise interfere with the security or integrity of the service; or (f) circumvent technical limits or access controls. See our community guidelines for the longer version.
5. Your content
You own what you write in Blooming Mirror — your check-ins, journal entries, profile, prayer requests, and anything you post in community spaces. You grant Blooming Mirror a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display your content solely as needed to operate the service for you and to display it to the audience you choose in community features.
6. Intellectual property
Blooming Mirror, including the app, its source code, branding, and documentation, is owned by Blooming Mirror and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in line with your selected plan. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of Blooming Mirror.
7. Not medical or clinical advice
Blooming Mirror is a wellness tool, not a healthcare service. Nothing in the app — including any faith-based content or AI-generated suggestion — is medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. If you're in crisis, see our safety page.
8. Paid plans, billing, and our payments reseller
Blooming Mirror offers paid plans. Plan price, billing period, and renewal terms are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, currency, tax, invoicing, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page in your account or via paddle.net; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then.
9. Suspension and termination
You can delete your account at any time by emailing support@bloomingmirror.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we will delete your account data within a reasonable period unless we are legally required to keep it.
10. Disclaimers
Blooming Mirror is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Blooming Mirror and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to Paddle for Blooming Mirror in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Blooming Mirror against third-party claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where applicable law gives consumers the right to bring claims in their local courts.
14. Changes
If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above. Continued use after the change means you accept the new terms.
15. Contact
